All parties require a 50% deposit to secure your event and the balance is due on the day of the event.
If your event is cancelled:
16 or more days prior to event date, the full deposit amount will be refunded.
8-15 days prior to event date, 1/2 of the deposit amount will be refunded.
7 or less days prior to event date, the full deposit amount will be retained.
